The semi-finalists of Masterchef UK were revealed on Monday (March 18th), as the competition just got serious.
In the episode, it was announced by hosts Gregg Wallace and John Torode that the remaining four contestants had made it through to the penultimate stage.
Fifty-six-year-old Geoff Warburton from London is one of the hopefuls in the running to be crowned Masterchef champion 2019.

Who is Geoff Warburton?
Geoff Warburton is a semi-finalist on Masterchef UK 2019.
He impressed the Masterchef judges with his delicious Antipasto board and bagged himself a spot in the 2019 semi-final.
Both on and off the BBC show, Geoff’s cooking is inspired by Italian-based flavours.

What did Geoff do before Masterchef?
The 56-year-old is a psychologist, writer and innovator from London.
He has spent the last 25 years studying love and loss, and back in 2012, Geoff hosted a TED Talks event titled The Adventure of Grief.
And according to the Express, he also has dreams of becoming a food and travel writer.
