What is Buddies Toothpaste?

Buddies Toothpaste was designed by Sian in 2012.

The brush kit features an electric toothbrush – which self-dispenses toothpaste with one push – and an adorable toy charger that doubles up as a nightlight.

Sian told the Dragons that her aim was to make brushing your teeth engaging and exciting for young children and that she’d spent over £200,000 getting her business up and going.

Sian ended up with multiple offers and accepted a joint offer from Touker Suleyman and Tej Lalvani.

The deal was struck for the full sum of money, £60,000, with 44% of the business given away to the Dragons.
