Susan Boyle is returning to Britain’s Got Talent in 2019.

The famed former-contestant will make her grand return to the show that made her famous this weekend (Saturday, April 13th), and viewers cannot wait to see what the singer has been up to.

Britain’s Got Talent (2009)

Susan Boyle shot to fame after her audition on the third series of Britain’s Got Talent.

Her audition went viral around the world, and Susan sailed through to the final of the series.

However, Boyle was unexpectedly beaten into second place by the dance group Diversity.

I Dreamed a Dream album (2009–2010)

Following her successful stint on the hit talent competition, Susan released her debut album I Dreamed a Dream.

At the time, Boyle’s album became the fastest selling UK debut album of all time, totalling 411,820 copies in its first week.

And in the US, the album topped the Billboard album chart for six consecutive weeks.

Acting debut and Christmas album (2013)

In 2013, Susan Boyle made her acting debut in The Christmas Candle, a British-American Christmas drama.

She portrayed the character of Eleanor Hopewell in the film.

Later in 2013, Susan released the album Home for Christmas, which featured a posthumous duet with the legendary Elvis Presley.

Music comeback (2016)

Susan took a break from music in 2015 in order to spend time with family and friends.

Because of this career break, Boyle’s seventh studio album was put on hold.

In October 2016 Susan announced her next album A Wonderful World.

America’s Got Talent: The Champions (2019)

In September 2018, Susan was confirmed as a contestant on America’s Got Talent: The Champions, a spin-off from the main series.

The series began on January 7th 2019, and on the show, she belted out her signature cover I Dreamed a Dream.

Susan will return to the British version of the show this weekend (Saturday, April 13th) exactly ten years after her first audition.

Susan Boyle’s net worth

Since first appearing on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009, Susan Boyle has gone on to amount quite a fortune.

According to Classic FM, the singer is now worth around £22 million.

Susan has earned her money through seven studio albums and 13 singles.
