There’s never really a drama-free moment on The Only Way is Essex and series 24 is no different.
Series 23 saw a Dan Edgar and Amber Turner get together and break up more times than you can imagine.
But, it was confirmed by The Daily Mail in early 2019 that Amber Turner along with many other cast members would not be returning for series 24.
Dan and Amber broke up officially at the beginning of 2019. But now he’s publicly moving on with the ‘Queen of Essex’, Chloe Sims.

Amber Turner and Dan Edgar’s Relationship
Amber and Dan had an on-off relationship during season 23 of The Only Way is Essex.
The pair had a volatile relationship even winding themselves up in a couples’ row with James Locke and Yazmin Oukhellou.
In February 2019 Dan and Amber called it quits for good.

The first couple of episodes of TOWIE series 24, which were filmed in Thailand, came with an absolute shocker – Dan and Chloe Sims had feelings for each other.
Chloe and her best friend, James ‘Diags’ Bennewith, had an emotional conversation about the potential romance with them both bursting into tears.
Now that Chloe and Dan have returned to Essex, they’re attempting to give things a go. But it won’t be without some tension amongst the rest of the cast – old and current.
What happened in TOWIE series 24 episode 4?
After returning home from Thailand Dan and Chloe haven’t exactly been able to continue their holiday romance with both of their groups of friends making it near on impossible for them to develop feelings for one another.
Chloe Sims’ bestie, Georgia Kousoulou, mentioned in episode 4 that both Chloe and Dan were stressed and upset at their current situation.
Georgia bumped into Courtney Green in episode 4 and said her piece.
Georgia said: “If you carry on and people carry on with these opinions, it’s going to f*** it up.”
Amber’s BFF, Courtney Green, said: “It’s not just me that’s giving these opinions. For me, it is a bit of a shock. It is one of my best friend’s ex-boyfriends.
Courtney continued:
Amber and Dan are still in contact with each other, that’s the thing.
Georgia said: “They ain’t hurting anyone, just let them be. Everyone just needs to back off.”
Is Amber returning to TOWIE?
Amber’s potential resurgence in TOWIE series 24 is really due to her best pal, Courtney Green.
Courtney said in an interview with The Daily Star that she is wishing for Amber to return to the show to say her piece.
She continued: “I will never speak on behalf of Amber, she has got to do that. I wish she was on the show, I really want her to come back to put her point of view across…but you’ll have to wait and see what happens.”
Whether the blonde bombshell is on her way back to Brentwood is still undecided, but Dan, Amber and Chloe reunited would be a sight to behold!
