Following accusations and rumours that Love Island 2018 could have been fixed, official results of the final have been announced on the Love Island app.

The results include everything from the Love Island final result to who the general public selected to go on dates.

Let’s recap the main voting percentages that shaped Love Island series four, and find out just how much of a landslide Dani and Jack’s victory was!

Jack and Dani Win Love Island 2018: Voting Percentage 79.6%

Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer essentially coasted to victory, winning series four by almost 80%.

The remaining couples were all very close, with Laura Anderson and Paul Knops (8.43%) claiming the runners-up spot by just 2%.

Third place: Kazimir Crossley and Josh Denzel (6%).

Fourth place: Megan Barton-Hanson and Wes Nelson (5.86%).

In fact, Jack and Dani topped every ‘vote for your favourite couple’ decision, with scores varying from 47% to a series high on the night of the final.

Now, who said they didn’t deserve to win!

Stephanie Lam and Josh Mair Are Sent Packing: Voting Percentage 0.9%

The statistics on this vote is hilarious.

Stephanie Lam and Josh Mair stood no chance during vote seven of the series, scoring the second lowest voting percentage out of all of the general public votes.

The U.K new exactly what they were doing here!

Grace Wardle Saves Megan’s Skin: Voting Percentage 0.5%

The lowest scoring vote from the entire series was saved for poor Grace Wardle.

When it came to the ‘vote for your favourite boy’ and ‘vote for your favourite girl’ at the start of July, just 0.5% of voters were rooting for Gracey.

Shockingly, however, Megan only scaped the barrel at 2.6%. If it wasn’t for such a forgettable and boring character as Grace Wardle, Meg-Meg would have exited the show a lot earlier!

The Demise of Dr Alex George: Voting Percentage 14.5%

Before the final, Dr Alex and Alexandra were booted out of the villa – with some conviction too!

Together, Kaz and Josh and Laura and Paul gobbled up 86% of the votes, leaving Dr Al with no hope of making it into the final three.

The doctor’s demise came two weeks before the final, where he and Alexandra fell behind Laura and Paul in the ‘favourite couples vote’.

Samira is the Queen: Voting Percentage 92.2%

You may have to cast your mind back for this one, but one of the first votes pitted Dr Alex and Samira Mighty vs Charlie Frederick and Hayley Hughes.

It was a vote of clear conviction by the U.K, as Samira and Dr Alex racked up 92.2% of the votes – the highest winning percentage of the series!
