Adam Rippon is set to guest judge RuPaul’s Drag Race on season 11 episode 6 and will take a seat on the panel alongside the show’s veteran judges.

The episode will see the remaining drag queens battle it out in an Olympics-themed challenge, but sadly one fierce contestant will be forced to sashay away.

Who is RuPaul guest judge Adam Rippon?

Adam Rippon is an American figure skater.

Rippon won a bronze medal at the 2018 Winter Olympics and became the first openly gay American male athlete to win a medal at the competition.

In November 2018, Adam announced his retirement from competitive figure skating.

What else has Adam Rippon been in?

Although from the world of sport, Adam has appeared on television before.

In 2018 he won season 26 of Dancing with the Stars in the US alongside dancing partner Jenna Johnson.

He became the first openly gay celebrity to win the TV competition.

When is Adam Rippon on RuPaul’s Drag Race?

Adam will appear in episode 6 of the current series alongside fellow guest judges Mirai Nagasu and Travis Wall.

If you’re watching in the US you can catch the episode on VH1 at 9 pm on Thursday, April 4th.

In the UK, you can stream the episode on Netflix the morning after, on Friday, April 5th.

This week the remaining queens will take on the Draglympics challenge.

The episode will see the contestants go head to head in a series of Olympics-themed challenges.
