How to Lose Weight Well 2019: California Diet
The California diet is inspired by the lifestyle of Sonoma County, California.
The diet is often referred to as the Sonoma diet.
It is claimed that the California diet can reduce the risk of heart disease, arthritis and diabetes.

How to Do it!
California plan: Those taking part in the California diet stick to 12 so-called power foods.
The main food sources include grains, meat, fish and beans.
The diet requires very specific proportions and each meal should include the exact same amount of carbs, vegetables and meat or fish.
Result: In four months, John lost an impressive 3 stone and 8lbs.
John originally weighed 19 stone 9lbs but dropped to 16 stone 1lbs on the diet.
Other Popular Diets – Japanese diet
During the latest episode (Tuesday, April 9th), Joe was placed on the Japanese diet.
The diet is also known as the Okinawa diet and is based on the lifestyle of people from Okinawa island.

Result: In four months, Joe lost an impressive 2 stone.
Joe originally weighed 16 stone 10lbs but cut down to 14 stone 1lbs on the diet.
