The gruelling conditions in SAS: Who Dares Wins doesn’t exactly seem like the type of place where you could spark up a romantic relationship.
Let alone with chief instructor Ant Middleton screaming abuse at you.
Nevertheless, this looks like it could be the case for two recruits.
Having stalked their Instagram accounts to find a selection of pictures of them enjoying trips abroad together, have recruits number 23 and 6 become item 29?
Let’s go behind the scenes on Instagram with Esmee!

Which Two Recruits Could be Dating?
The two recruits who look pretty snug on Instagram are Esmee and Mark.
It’s not believed that they knew each other before SAS: Who Dares Wins 2019 as there were no prior Instagram pictures together.
However, since the show started airing, Esmee and Mark can be seen climbing Kilimanjaro together while also lapping up the sun on a beach in Kendwa, Tanzania.
This post reads:
Collecting memories with @esmee_ldn (Esmee).
And here they are taking on the Peak District in Yorkshire, which is where Mark is from.
Esmee is originally from Essex.
Whether dating or just serious training partners, they must have found some sort of warm connection on those icy slopes of the Andes Mountain in central Chile.
Who is Esmee (Recruit 23)?
Esmee is a 27-year-old fitness instructor and motivational speaker from Essex.
She has had celebrity clients in the past and is followed on Instagram by the likes of former Love Island stars Gabby Allen and Jack Fowler.
When she was 18 years old, Esmee was left paralysed from the waist down due to complications in a surgical procedure.
However, determined and focused, she not only learned to walk again but became one of the most sought-after PTs in London and Essex.
Who is Mark (Recruit 6)?
Recruit number six is called Mark Peart.
He is a former RAF firefighter and worked with the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue team.
Mark is big on adventure, travel and running, with an Instagram account full of pictures of him conquering various feats across the world.
Before entering the show, Mark told Channel 4:
I signed up because I wanted to challenge myself. It was also a distraction and a way to project negative energy into something positive that was going to help me move forward and grow as a person.
