Made in Chelsea is back for its 20th series, bringing with it fresh gossip, drama and the latest relationship updates of the cast.
This year is slightly different, as those returning for the new series – along with two newbies – have had to isolate together in a large mansion in order for filming to go ahead. Its usual Chelsea-based location won’t be the main location for Channel 4’s filming crew, due to the restrictions of the coronavirus pandemic.
While many cast members return, along with them is Tristan Phipps. Many of the Made in Chelsea cast are known for their high income. So what is the MIC star’s net worth? We estimated his earnings!
Tristan Phipps: Career explored
The MIC star was a former safari guide working at Kruger National Park, in South Africa, before he joined the Channel 4 cast in 2016.
He was then a Botswana and Namibia country specialist at Audley Travel before becoming a self-employed director in December 2018, according to his LinkedIn profile.
The 24-year-old is now an influencer – he recently posted an advert for Carex – and works with fitness brands such as Bare Bells UK and Nocco UK. Tristan is also into his sports as a boxer, skier and cyclist.

What is Tristan Phipps’ net worth?
While Tristan’s net worth is unknown, influencers with over 50,000 followers reportedly earn around £155 per Instagram ad post.
While Tristan has over 64,000 followers, it is believed that he makes a fair amount of money on the platform.
Although Tristan isn’t on the list of Made in Chelsea heirs, including the likes of Olivia Bentley who is the great-great-great granddaughter of Bentley founder WO Bentley, and Jamie Laing as heir of McVitie’s biscuits, it has been reported that MIC stars such as Tristan get paid £400 per episode.
For example, after filming 20 episodes, a MIC cast member allegedly makes £8,000.

Tristan in series 20 of Made in Chelsea
Viewers are looking forward to seeing Tristan and his ex Verity Bowditch reunite at the Guildford-based country home. She was seen in a clip packing her suitcase ahead of the trip.
The MIC couple split in April earlier this year, before Verity went to Dorset for the lockdown. In recent clips building up excitement for the new series, him and friend Harvey Armstrong have been giving fans a virtual tour of the large mansion ahead of the show’s release.
