Episode 4 of First Dates Hotel introduced us to the loveable Amanda and Ryland.
The pair hit it off in beautiful, mushy fashion, with one of the best dates of series 3 so far.
However, it wasn’t without raw emotion, as Amanda confessed to having a 17-year-old son despite only being 33 herself.

Ryland and Amanda Are Perfect!
From the moment Amanda and Ryland met, you could see there was instant chemistry.
Off camera, they both confessed to similar likes and dislikes, with Ryland admitting that there was nothing materialistic about his life as a plaster from Bishop’s Stortford.
Likewise, as a bartender in a strip club, Amanda had just about had enough of men with big egos.
The Look of Love
Before the pair had even sat down for dinner, Ryland was goggle-eying his date with the look of love.
The football fanatic appeared to have met his match and did well not to let his jaw hit the floor as Amanda opened up about her football-themed Saturday nights.
Amanda’s Teenage Years
The date moved on to the topic of Amanda’s son, with Ryland still in shock that she had a 17-year-old boy.
Nonetheless, Amanda proved inspiring as she explained that she had her son as a teenager and was forced to drop out of education.
Her teachers had urged Amanda to have an abortion, yet having a child turned out to be the best decision of her life.
And then the day I got my acceptance, I actually found out I was pregnant.
I don’t regret not going to college, no, because I look at my son now, and he’s amazing.
Amanda continued to show Ryland a picture of her son.
Typically, Ry-man could nothing more than respond in almost Danny Dyer fashion.

Happily Ever After
The date finished with the two continuing to click effortlessly, having one of the most pointless conversations in First Dates history as they discussed whether albino squirrels were real.
We still have no idea about the answer…
The pair agreed to meet each other again and have since dated when back in the U.K!
And they all lived happily ever after…
