We spoke to former Love Island contestant Chyna Ellis on who is the best-dressed girl in the villa.
Chyna recently launched her own bikini line having earned followers of her style during appearances on Love Island series three and ITV2 hit Ibiza Weekender.
Love Island fashion has ranged from Megan Barton-Hanson’s glued-on thong to Darylle Sargeant’s full body tattoos.
Here are the most fashionable girls in the villa, according to us and fashionista Chyna.
Ellie Brown – 5/10 – ASDA George Range
Ellie Brown’s miniature model stature is matched by her dress-sense – it’s all a bit childish and immature.
Drop the generic denim shorts and sparkly top, El, and go for something a little more adventurous than an Asda George Range festival outfit.
Chyna said: I don’t like her look that much at all – it’s a bit cute and childish, like Disney-ish.”
Ellie Jones, Laura Anderson, Samira Mighty and Grace Wardle – 6/10 – Primark’s Finest
While series three was boosted by the likes of Chyna and Montana Brown’s fashion statements, the 2018 series has been a little dry.
Samira Mighty’s look has failed to turn few boys’ heads while we can’t imagine Grace Wardle busting out something super-sexy to impress Dr Alex.
Megan Barton-Hanson – 7/10 – Love Honey Sale
Megan’s fashion isn’t quite Victoria’s Secrets or even Ann Summers – we’ve gone with something from the Love Honey sale rack.
Boys have been marvelling at her figure throughout Love Island series four, with the emphasis more thoroughly placed on Meg-Meg’s body opposed to the clothes she sticks on.
Chyna said: Megan’s style is alright, to be fair most of her outfits are about showing off her figure. Then again, I’m a begin advocator of that – if you’ve got it, flaunt it.”
Darylle Sargeant – 7.5/10 – Any Small Skating Brand
Darylle stands out from the crowd, finally giving the Love Island cast a bit of diversity – even if she is yet another white, brunette girl.
Covered in head to toes with tats, the 24-year-old’s fashion is like an edgy independent skating brand you might stumble across in a Shoreditch back alley.
Chyna said: She’s got a really cool vibe and all those tattoos make her so different to the other girls. With all the tats and piercings she doesn’t need to wear anything over the top, simple and block colours make her tattoos look even better.”
Dani Dyer – 7.5/10 – Topshop
Dani may be quite immature and silly in personality and humour, but some of her dresses are mature and eye-popping.
Combined with some simple, casual outfits and a bedtime outfit that consists of a retro baggy T, Dani Dyer has the sort of wardrobe you can mix and match from Topshop.
Chyna said: Dani is quite clean and classy in her look. She doesn’t wear anything over the top in terms of making a fashion statement but she still looks good.”
Georgia Steel – 8.5/10 – Zara New-in
You can tell that Georgia Steel knows the exact style that suits her.
Cute and sexy, G is an adorable bundle of energetic fun, and it shows through her on-point outfits.
She’s always flaunting something new, kind of like the revolving belt of fashion that passes through the doors at Zara.
Chyna said: She’s got a very cool, very cute style, and I love the way she does her hair. She tyes it up and it looks quite edgy – really suits her!”
Kazimir Crossley – 9/10 – Selfridges Exclusive
Kaz may be excruciatingly unpopular in the Love Island villa but things might change if she offers the girls some of her clothes to wear.
The brunette stunner has caused a storm after entering the villa, not least because of her elegant and sophisticated style.
She looks good in absolutely everything and is pulling off a few fashion outfits that the rest of us and too scared to try on.
Chyna said: I love this girl’s look, she is my favourite by far. The way she does her hair is always classy and fashionable at the same time. She’s managed to pull off some bold looks even though she’s new.”
