Big Brother’s Cian Carrigan has been one of the favourites to win the series ever since it launched in September.
The loveable and lively Irishman from Tipperary has formed close bonds with the likes of Zoe Jones and Cameron Cole, guiding the latter to coming out as gay in recent episodes.
But how old is Cian?
Could that strong ginger beard be misrepresentative of his true age?
Cian Carrigan: Age
According to The Celebs Closest, Cian Carrigan was born on September 8th, 1995.
This makes Cian 23, with his birthday coming six days before the launch of Big Brother.
He also has five older brothers, many of which are also openly gay, like Cian.
In his pre-Big Brother interview, Cian said:
Half the family is gay, so mum says you have to come out as straight in this family.

A lot of the discussion over Cian’s age has surfaced due to his admission of “liking” housemate Cameron Cole.
However, it’s believed that people assume Cian is a lot older than he is due to his looks.
With Cameron aged 18, there is a five-year age gap between the pair.

Cian Carrigan: Job
Cian is a customer service agent in his hometown Clonmel, Tipperary.
However, he also describes himself as a ‘local farmer’ having been born and raised on his family’s farm in the rural area of Ireland.
