Valentine Ruth Henshall, who is professionally known as Ruthie Henshall, is an actress, singer, and dancer known for her work in musical theatre.
She began her professional stage career in 1986, before making her West End debut in Cats in 1987.
The 53-year-old has spent most of her career in the West End, as she took to the stage, playing the role of Amalia Balash in the London revival of She Loves Me. She got a Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her role!
Ruthie also played Polly Baker in Crazy For You and Roxie Hart in Chicago from 1997-98, to name just a few.

Does Ruthie Henshall have a husband?
Ruthie is currently single, following a divorce 10 years ago. Looking at her Instagram, it doesn’t appear that she is dating anyone at the moment.
As she enters the I’m A Celebrity castle, she has admitted she is “open to finding love”, as reported by The Express.

Ruthie actually dated a member of the royal family – Prince Edward! It is thought that they had an on-off relationship for five years.
As reported by The Express, she said that her career in musical theatre would have “had to stop” if she continued their relationship.
She then got engaged to actor John Gordon Sinclair. However they broke up after she took the role of Velma Kelly in Chicago on Broadway.
She met actor and singer Tim Howar while working in the West End, as he was her male co-star lead in Peggy Sue Got Married.
The couple married in 2004 and have two daughters, but announced their separation in August 2009. They later divorced in January 2010.
