What is #keepthegramreal?

Keep the Gram real is a campaign created by TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou.

She’s leading the way in promoting transparency on social media, especially Instagram.

After Georgia revealed that she suffers from adult acne on TOWIE series 24, she received a positive response from viewers and fans.

This has now propelled her to launch the #keepthegramreal campaign as she aims to “show our real life as well as the glam side”

Georgia wrote on Instagram that she hopes “this can inspire others to feel more confident”.

How to take part in the movement

To take part in the campaign simply post a photo with the hashtag #keepthegramreal.

Georgia continued her Instagram post: “Let’s share our doubts, our insecurities, we are all in the same boat, let’s keep the gram real. We don’t need to pretend we are always happy or show what we have, I’m sick of the gram pressure!”

Some members of the TOWIE cast have shown their support for the campaign by going makeup free including Courtney Green, Clelia Theodorou and Chloe Sims.

What else happens in TOWIE episode 10?

As well as Georgia’s #keepthegramreal makeup free photoshoot, TOWIE series 24 episode 10 will see more movement on Bobby Norris’ petition to parliament, drama unfolding between Shelby Tribble, Sam Mucklow and Tom McDonnell and more agg for Harry Lee and Chloe Brockett.

If you miss the episode you can catch up on the ITV Hub!
