Five things you need to know: Yo! MTV Raps presenter Snoochie Shy!

Yo! MTV Raps star Snoochie Shy is back for the chat show’s second series.

The series celebrates the very best rap talent in the UK, and is co-presented by the ex-MC turned TV presenter, Poet, alongside Snoochie.

But who is the Yo! MTV Raps star Snoochie Shy? Here are five things you need to know about the model, DJ and presenter!

Snoochie is a TV presenter

Although possessing various talents, Snoochie Shy is first and foremost a presenter.

She is known for live-presenting major events such as the MOBO awards red carpet and the Wireless Festival 2018.

She now works on the MTV series Yo! MTV Raps alongside her c0-presenter, Poet.

She also works as a radio presenter

In addition to her television work, Snoochie has also worked as a radio presenter.

Previously, the 26-year-old hosted the breakfast show on Radar Radio.

She now fronts her own show on BBC 1Xtra late-night which from Monday to Thursday, between 11 pm and 1 am.

She has a successful modelling career

Snoochie Shy has also forged a career in the world of modelling.

She has an impressive modelling resumé and has worked for some of the world’s biggest brands including Ugg, Nike, Adidas, Dr Martens, Warehouse and Vans.

Snoochie was also an ambassador for Sleek makeup.

She was the face of two major fashion brands

Her modelling career led to becoming the face of two major fashion brands.

Snoochie was previously the face of Reebok in the UK.

The Yo! MTV Raps star has also worked as the face of Tommy Jeans.

Snoochie is also an international DJ

The presenter and model also ventured into the world of music and is a respected international DJ.

She has travelled around the globe to perform for major clients.

Snoochie has previously DJ’d for clients such as  Topshop, River Island, Adidas, and G star.
