ITV kicked off a brand new series of Save Money: Lose Weight on Tuesday, March 19th.

But who are the presenters of the show?

Here’s all the info you need on the duo who have been co-hosting the show since series 1, Sian Williams and Dr Ranj Singh.

Who is Sian Williams?

Sian Williams has had a lengthy career before presenting Save Money: Lose Weight.

The Welsh wonder is a journalist, current affairs reporter, TV presenter and even a marathon runner!

You may recognise Sian from her major role at the BBC as presenter of the breakfast show from 2001-2013.

But since 2016 she has been the main presenter of 5 News at 5.

Why does Sian present Save Money: Lose Weight?

After having a variety of health complications, including breast cancer, Sian has always advocated for being as healthy as possible.

Her work on Save Money: Lose Weight helps encourage others to seek to live their most healthy, most full life.

She is now working towards becoming a Trainee Counselling Psychologist, expanding her focus from the physical to mental health.

Who is Dr Ranj Singh?

Most will probably recognise the NHS clinician for his work as the resident doctor on ITV’s This Morning.

In 2018 a couple announced that This Morning segments on choking and CPR helped save their babies life – pretty incredible!

Dr Ranj came out as gay back in 2015 and separated from his then-wife.

He has frequently been praised for his vocalness about being an openly gay, religious man.

Where else have I seen Dr Ranj?

The star doctor also popped on his dancing shoes and was a favourite in 2018’s Strictly Come Dancing.

Despite being eliminated in sixth position, he was a fan favourite.

He went on to wow on the Strictly Come Dancing Tour in 2019.
