Surgeons: At the Edge of Life series 3 burst onto the BBC today (Thursday October 8th).
Viewers were shocked and in awe watching surgeons at the front-line of their work in the second season.

Who is the Surgeons: At the Edge of Life narrator?
The narrator of the show is Shaun Dooley.
The actor and voice artist is 45-years-old and born in South Yorkshire.
He has starred in TV hits such as Misfits and Broadchurch but also has worked extensively in films.

What other TV shows does Shaun narrate?
Shaun has done his fair share of narration over the years.
Some of the big shows he has worked on include Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins!
You can hear Shaun narrating currently on the celebrity special of the show, every Sunday night on Channel 4.
Shaun has also narrated many serious documentaries and dramas, such as ITV’s Four Days That Shook Britain in 2018.
This documentary covers the four terrorist attacks which took place in England in 2017.
Is he related to Stacey Dooley?
Shaun and Stacey are not related.
