Celebs on the Farm is a British reality show hosted by Stephen Bailey which puts your favourite celebs through their paces on a real life farm.

The third season of the show will be aired on MTV UK and is released on Monday (February 8th), when you can watch the line-up of celebs adjust to farm life.

We spoke to the celebrities to get a glimpse of what went down on the farm, and what it was like to film during a pandemic.

MTV’s Celebs on the Farm: Season 3 cast

Season 3 will be hosted by Stephen Bailey, who has been presenting the farming show to us from the very first series.

The comedian and actor’s voice might be recognised for narrating ITV’s Ferne McCann: First Time Mum.

He is the host of Takeshi’s Castle on Comedy Central and Celebrity Coach Trip on E4, and has appeared on shows like Love Island: Aftersun!

Stephen said they normally film in the summer, but that this year they filmed during the winter, which was an “added challenge”.

Lady C

Lady Colin Campbell, who lives in a castle – namely Castle Goring – took on a different way of life for the farming show.

She is a writer, socialite and television and radio personality, who has published four books about the British royal family.

Having never been on a caravan holiday before, she said it was “surprisingly life-affirming to connect to nature”.

Lady C said:

You end up having a really emotional and spiritual boost.

Duncan James

Former Blue band member Duncan spent time on a caravan site as a child.

His parents moved to Devon when he grew up, and bought a caravan park – so it was something of a reminisicing time for the singer!

Although they didn’t live in a caravan, his family owned 10 static caravans!

He said:

Being in a caravan was something I was used to as a teenager. It was just really nice for me to get back to that rural life that I had when I was a kid.

  • E4: Who is Jodie Burling from Celebs Go Dating? Meet the 41 year-old!

Harry Aikines-Aryeetey

Olympic sprinter Harry went onto the show just after a life-changing moment – when he became a father!

He had his daughter for six weeks before heading out to the farm for two weeks – which he described as “quite difficult”.

Harry added:

It was quite difficult being away to be fair, because through that stage, they are growing quite a bit, their face changes by the day. So it kind of got me ready for what I need to do because obviously, come the season when I do the Olympics, I’ll be away as well.

  • E4: Who is Karim Zeroual on Celebs Go Dating? Age and height of star!

Kerry Katona

Kerry is a mum-of-five and former Atomic Kitten singer.

She went on the show because her usual life is “not that much different” to farm life, as “five kids running around leaves you so tired”.

The star’s time on Celebs on the Farm was a therapeutic time for her.

Kerry said:

So for me, I have bipolar and the time I was on the farm I didn’t have one down day. There was just something very therapeutic about being outdoors.

Holly Hagan

Thornaby-on-Tees-born Holly Hagan is already best known for being on an MTV series – namely Geordie Shore!

The reality star enjoyed the social part of the experience. She said:

We were having dinner and having conversations with people, and it was lovely to meet everyone and hear people’s stories. We had such a laugh, honestly it was the best group of people ever.

Holly and her fiance Jacob Blyth are due to get married soon, and have booked the wedding in Ibiza for 2021!

Montana Brown

Love Island star Montana was “really nervous” about going on the series, after three years since doing a television show.

The reality star, who lives in the countryside, revealed she had never met anyone from Celebs On The Farm before.

During the series, viewers will see her massage a ram’s testicles, something she said she has never done before.

Montana said:

I haven’t actually done TV in quite a while, so I think I found it a bit intimidating at first, but because everyone was so nice, they made it a lot easier to film. I forgot what it was like to be honest.

Malique Thompson Dwyer

Hollyoaks star Malique, who viewers may also recognise from Celebs Go Dating, said the animals on the farm were treated really well.

He even announced he was considering turning vegan as a result!

Malique told Reality Titbit:

I’ve got a vegan family, they’re all crazy on it. It’s definitely something I would consider in the future, but it’s hard, it’s not as easy as people make it out to be.

Shaun Williamson

Eastenders star Shaun’s favourite part of filming Celebs On The Farm was that there was “so much variety” in the cast.

The actor, singer, media personality, and presenter – who you might recognise from Big Brother – said that he enjoys reality shows just as much as acting because of the people he has been able to meet.

He said:

The best thing about this show is it celebrates you coming together to achieve a task. Although we all make fools of ourselves and slip over and fall in the mud, it’s about positivity as opposed to the Jungle or Big Brother where they just want negativity.

Cheryl Hole

Cheryl Hole, from Essex, is the stage name of Luke Underwood, best known for starring on the first season of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK.

Being a representative of the LGBTQ+ community during the show was really important to them.

They said:

From a drag queen and an LGBT perspective, it was nice to educate people on the questions that some people are scared to ask about, because I’m an open book.

Linda Robson

Loose Women panel star Linda is an actress and presenter.

The Islington-born mum-of-three said she wasn’t nervous before filming began, as she “likes people”.

Having already met several of the MTV stars on Loose Women, she said it was nice to meet some familiar faces.

Linda said:

Lady C is hilarious, she’s so funny. Kerry I know really well, she’s turned her life around with her kids. She’s done a really good job with her children. So it was really nice to see Kerry and Lady Colin Campbell obviously.
