The final of Glow Up commenced on Wednesday night (April 24th) with Ellis crowned the winner of BBC’s debuting series.
The three finalists took on one last tricky challenges, with judges Val Garland and Dominic Skinner crowning Ellis as the make-up champion of 2019.

Who is Glow Up’s Ellis?
Ellis is a 24-year-old retail assistant from Bradford.
He is also the winner of BBC make-up competition series, Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make-Up Star.
Speaking to the Irish Times about his win, Ellis said:
The whole thing has just been an amazing experience. Living with people who share the same dream as me was such an inspiring situation to be in, and to have (judges) Val and Dominic’s approval as I start my career is the best gift anyone could have given me.
Ellis now lives in London and has previously finished in the top five at the NYX Face Awards in both 2017 and 2018.
Ellis also has his very own Youtube channel, on which he shares some fabulous make-up tutorials.
