The Netflix show blends a mix of Million Dollar Listing with Selling Sunset, and there we have it, a new show filled with drama, gossip and some occasional house showings to clients.
A group of realtors working for Nest Seekers form the cast of the estate series. Among them is Michael Fulfree, who has become a fan favourite. But what is the agent’s net worth? We explored his career to find out!

He is the fourth most successful realtor on the show, behind JB Andreassi, James Giugliano, and up in first place, Peggy Zabakolas. CIA Landlords revealed that Michael has earned $1,110,000 in overall commission while working at Nest Seekers, and a predicted $1,466 per Instagram post for the year ahead.
Two of Michael’s top sold listings include Blu Mar, in Southampton at $15,000,000, making him a commission of $750,000. Another is the $6,000,000 Patti Shack in Sag Harbor, with a $360,000 commission.

The former model has worked for Nest Seekers for just over two years. It was revealed on the show that he was good friends with agent JB Andreassi before the show, when Michael was just 15 years old. They are known as the two office brothers of the Netflix series.
He decided to get into real estate following a successful career in modelling. Michael fell in love with The Hamptons and from there on, managed to get himself into property dealing.
On the show, his main goal is to bring in money for his newborn Luca, and wife Sam.

Michael’s career explored
Michael has previously modelled for Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Diesel Jeans, Frankie Morello and Alexander McQueen. He was crowned the Model of the Year in 2008, according to his LinkedIn.
The former-turned-estate-agent worked with the likes of photographer Bruce Weber for Vogue, actress Brooke Shields, and Victoria’s Secret model Candace Swanepoel. He attended Fashion Week around the world and lived in Italy from 2009-2012. He was a model for just over four years.
The realtor then went on to work for Browns Automotive as a Sales Executive for four years, where he said he became the earning top salesman at the firm and made it to the top 100 salesmen in the northeast region of the United States. And now, he is a successful estate agent starring on Million Dollar Beach House for Nest Seekers.
However, he recently wrote on Instagram: “No matter how busy business gets, always remember to find time for your family and the ones you love most.”
