The first series of the BBC make-up competition Glow Up has reached its conclusion.
During the grand finale, the first ever winner of Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make-Up Star was selected by the expert judges, Val Garland and Dominic Skinner.

Who is the Glow Up winner? SPOILERS
The first series of Glow Up was won by Ellis.
Ellis was in the final two alongside fellow contestant Nikki.
Joining Ellis and Nikki in the Glow Up final was 28-year-old Leigh Easthope.
What did the Glow Up winner do before?
The Glow Up winner Ellis currently lives in London.
Prior to his appearance on the show, Ellis finished in the top 5 at the NYX Face Awards in both 2017 and 2018.

What happened in the Glow Up final?
The final of Glow Up saw finalists Ellis, Nikki and Leigh take on the final round of make-up challenges.
One challenge faced by the contestants was to make up a supermodel for a photo shoot with the famed British photographer, Rankin.
The judges then selected their top two, and shortly afterwards finalist Ellis was revealed to be the 2019 winner.
