Chris Lilley has been entertaining audiences across the world since he burst onto our screens in 2007.

He has created some hilariously iconic characters over the years and fans are eager to see what Chris has lined up for his new show.

Lunatics will be coming to Netflix on Friday, April 19th. Here’s what you need to know about the comedy show and which of his characters will be making an appearance.

Chris Lilley.

What is Lunatics about?

It will follow largely in the same format as Lilley’s other work.

Lunatics will be a ten-part mockumentary following the lives of six extraordinary people.

All ten episodes will drop to Netflix on April 19th, so get ready for binge-watching!

Here’s what we know about Chris Lilley’s characters on the show…

Keith

He works in fashion and is all about the fabulous things in life.

But Keith also struggles greatly with his sexuality issues regarding objects, particularly the till…

The show follows Keith as he embarks on his new business venture!

Joyce

From the trailer, we can see that Joyce is an ex-porn star who can’t seem to let go of her past.

She reaks chaos in her neighbourhood and is known as the crazy lady on the block.

Becky

Standing at 7’3″, Becky attempts to weave her way through life and just about manages.

She and her ‘non-identical’ twin sister are starting out as freshmen at an American college.

These two are definitely going to get up to mischief and might be the Ja’mie substitute we never knew we needed.

Gavin

Gavin is a 12-year-old boy with the weight of the world on his shoulders.

The future Earl of an English country estate but also just a child, Gavin is struggling to come to terms with what life is all about.

Jana

‘Pet Psychic to the Stars’ Jana has caused quite a stir since her debut.

The South African character has sparked controversy and reignited debates about Chris Lilley’s characters and offensive humour.

Quentin

Quentin is part of an incompetent real estate team, who are also all members of his family.

Incompetence is not the only thing this family shares, but a rather gigantic derriere, which will surely provide the show with some classic physical comedy.

Despite being about to inherit the business, Quentin has big dreams of being a globe-trotting DJ and street artist.

ALL EPISODES OF LUNATICS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON NETFLIX FROM APRIL 19TH.
