Love Island series four was wrapped up on July 30th 2018, having started eight weeks prior on June 4th.
The ITV2 series was a huge success, raking in a record-breaking 3.6 million viewers for the grand finale.

Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer were crowned the 2018 winners, with Laura Anderson and Paul Knops a surprise package in second.
Kazimir Crossley and Josh Denzel were third while Wes Nelson and Megan Barton-Hanson made up the finalists.
All four couples are still together.
When is Love Island 2019?
We can confirm that series 5 of Love Island is definitely on its way.
After dominating the ratings over summer – virtually killing off Big Brother along the way – Love Island should start at the same time, in the first week of June.
Since the series relaunched in 2015, it has been an extended by an extra week. So, if you’re lucky, there could be nine weeks of Love Island series 5!

Am I Too Young to Apply For Love Island?
There are two rules to the Love Island 2019 application that cannot be broken.
First, you must over 18 years old.
This is at the time of applying. So, if your 18th birthday is soon, then you should wait before applying.
Only one contestant has entered when 18 years old, while the oldest contestant has been 31.
When is the Love Island 2019 Closing Date?
Secondly, the closing date is April 30th 2019.
According to the 2018 application form, ITV is looking for “vibrant singles” from all different parts of the U.K.
The chosen cast will spend time in a luxury villa, getting to know one another – but to remain in paradise they must win the hearts of the public who ultimately decide who stays.”
