Keeping Up with the Kardashians ‘The Betrayal’ is KUWTK’s twelfth episode.
So far season 15 has given us two Kardashian babies, a charity baseball game, a hilarious prank and now Khloe Kardashian is in labour!
Throughout the season viewers saw snippets of what was to come in The Betrayal.

Why is Episode 12 Called The Betrayal?
Unfortunately for Khloe Kardashian what was meant to be one of the most exciting times of her life turned sour in episode 12.
Khloe found out just days before giving birth that her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, had cheated on her.
Kris Jenner, the Kardashians’s momager, got emotional at Khloe’s baby shower and said:
I just want to say that out of all my kids I worried for a second about whether or not Khloe would have a baby and it’s such an amazing blessing.
But this emotional time had turned to chaos as the whole family were horrified at a video of Trsitan that was posted on the internet.
What Do The Kardashians Make of The Betrayal?
Keeping Up with the Kardashians gives viewers an opportunity to see everything that goes on in the Kardashian’s world.
Kim Kardashian said on Twitter: “We have always been open and honest so tonight was just as real as it gets.”
It’s safe to say the whole family was disappointed in Tristan but they had to stay strong for Khloe as she went into labour in episode 12.
What Will Happen in the Next KUWTK Episode?
Expect episode 13 to be the most emotional and dramatic of the whole season.
Not only is Khloe in labour, but she also has the stress of there being tension in the delivery room between her family and Tristan.
At the end of The Betrayal (episode 12), Kim, Malika and Kourtney wait for a flight to Cleveland and discuss how to go about being around Tristan.
It looks like Kim isn’t going to let him get away with this one lightly.
