Made in Chelsea season 17 has an official start date!
Season 16 averaged close to one million viewers per episode, making it the third most successful season in its eight-year history.
However, the E4 series is about to face a serious shake-up when it comes to its cast, with seven new cast members and the departure of three classic characters.

Made in Chelsea Season 17: Start Date
Made in Chelsea season 17 will launch on Monday, March 25th.
It will air at 9 pm on E4.
There are a scheduled 13 episodes in the season, meaning it will continue every Monday night until mid-June.
Made in Chelsea Season 17: Cast
Made in Chelsea wouldn’t be the same without Jamie Laing and his close collection of friends. We fully expect Jamie to be in season 17 alongside girlfriend Heloise Agostinelli, who he is still dating.
Pals Ollie Proudlock, Francis Boulle and Alex Mytton should all be involved, although they appear to be taking more of a backseat nowadays.
However, Sam Thompson and Lousie Thompson have both decided to quit the series, alongside Ryan Libbey.
Sam said that his previous relationship with co-star Sophie ‘Habbs’ Habboo caused too much damage while Ryan and Louise are busy planning their wedding.

The Magnificant Seven:
MIC has never welcomed a batch of new characters as large as they will in 2019.
Whereas a couple of new ‘friends of friends’ often appear in each new series, season 17 will see a solid seven new cast members.
There’s the self-proclaimed ‘Bridget Jones of Chelsea’, Amelia Mist, who makes her debut alongside a man with one the most Made in Chelsea names to ever walk this earth, Angus Findlay.

Socialites Ollie Buck, Freddie Browne and Verity Scarlett Bowditch (James Taylor’s ex) will also be part of season 17.
Finally, there’s events planner Rosi Mai Waldon and Miles Nazaire’s ex-girlfriend Maeva D’Ascanio (seen wearing a red dress in the trailer).

The likely lasses
Sophie Habboo, Emily Blackwell, Melissa Tattam and Eliza Batten appear to be the girl gang to take the series forward over 2019.
We’re sure Harry Baron will always be around to pierce his beak into their business and we’re even more sure that Miles Nazaire will be there to stir up some sexual chemistry.
Potential Shocks:
We could see a potential shock cast member with a first-ever Love Island-MIC crossover.
Tristan Phipps, who featured in season 16, is currently dating Love Island 2018 star Laura Crane.
Considering this is the time filming for season 17 will take place, perhaps she will pop up alongside Trist.
Charlie Brake, also of Love Island, has been spotted on dates with Sophie Habbo.
Perhaps Charlie and Laura will be in season 17!
