Who is Liam ‘Gatsby’ Blackwell?
Once a footballer for West Ham United, Liam, who is better known as ‘Gatsby’ joined the TOWIE gang back in 2015.
He was introduced on the show as Lydia Bright’s best mate, and since then has become an increasingly central character, giving us hilarious moments like when he nicked Pete Wicks pizza box mid-argument.
Aside from his life as a reality star, Gatsby is a musician and last summer released a music video showing off his glamorous playboy lifestyle with grime artist D Double E.
How old is Gatsby?
Cheeky chappy ‘Gatsby’ is 30 years old.
His birthday is on August 9th, 1988.
He first joined the TOWIE gang four years ago when he was 26 years old.
What is the age difference between him and Clare Brockett?
Many fans were surprised when ‘Gatsby’ expressed his interest in both 18-year-old Chloe Brockett and her mother Clare in the first episode of series 24.
Speaking to The Sun about the love triangle he explained: “There is a MILF who has been introduced. She is actually really fit, all the boys were like ‘wow’.”
New cast member Clare Brockett is 42 years old, making her 12 years older than Liam.
Similarly, at 30 years old, Liam is 12 years old than Chloe Brockett.
When the TOWIE boys teased Gatsby about being closer to Clare’s age than Chloe’s, he said: “I think I’m bang in the middle.”
