With 2018’s Celebrity Big Brother now underway, here’s a look at the past 10 winners who featured on the series between 2001 and 2012.

The first celebrity spin-off from Big Brother came in the naughties of 2001, you know when Atomic Kitten were smashing the charts and David Beckham had a mohawk, before continuing for 17 years – and counting.

Let’s recap with the winners from 2001-2012 and find out what they’re up to now.

2001: Jack Dee

An established funny-man Jack has since continued his work on TV, becoming the star of Jack Dee: Live at the Apollo from 2004-2006 before hosting and captaining on a variety of comedy panel games in recent years.

2002: Mark Owen

He launched a solo career as a singer/songwriter but hasn’t realised a single in five years.

2005: Marky ‘Bez’ Berry

Head percussionist for rock band Happy Mondays, Bez, proved an unlikely winner in ‘05.

He made the headlines 10 years down the line when he formed his own political party and ran as a local MP.

We haven’t really seen him since, but perhaps he’ll be back for Brexit.

One of the most iconic and memorable housemates from Celebrity Big Brother, Chantelle was the first ‘non-celebrity’ to feature on the show.

She went on to write an autography and published regularly in OK! Magazine before her celeb status began to dry up.

2010: Alex Reid

Alex is still writing the headlines for feuds between him and ex-wife Katie Price – what else has he got to do.

Other than that, the 42-year-old is an active fighter, although he has as many MMA loses to his name as victories.

2011: Paddy Doherty

After beating Kerry Katona in CBB 8, the former My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding star has remained very low-key.
