The Dance 100 winner used to be 'underestimated' due to her small size
Brand new Netflix competition series Dance 100 dropped on the streaming service on March 17, 2023. Famous fitness instructor Ally Love is the Dance 100…
Dance 100 is the latest addition to Netflix‘s ever-expanding reality TV roster. The dance competition launches on the streaming platform on Friday, March 17 and is sure to fill the America’s Got Talent-shaped hole in fans’ hearts.
Switching up the typical talent show format, Dance 100 invites the participants to be the judges. Eight street dance choreographers will go head-to-head devising routines for an ever-expanding number of elite dancers. If you’re wondering just how many, the show’s title can give you a hint. Each round will see the number of dancers increase, meaning more stress for the choreographers but more epic dance routines for us viewers to enjoy. But considering the competitors have worked on routines for the likes of Cardi B, Rihanna, and JLo, this series should be a breeze.
To win the $100k prize and take home the first-ever Dance 100 crown, the choreographers will have to pull out all of the stops with increasingly complicated routines. But the dancers will ultimately decide who deserves the winning title.
Peloton instructor and Brooklyn Nets host Ally Love oversees the action. This is Love’s first major gig as a television host, although her work with the Nets has taken Love to the ESPYs.
