Kailyn Lowry is a TV personality who shot to fame on MTV’s Teen Mom series, as well as the successful original show 16 and Pregnant.

In 2010, MTV announced they were releasing Teen Mom 2, which would follow the lives of four girls who featured in the second series of 16 and Pregnant.

Born in 1992, Kailyn Lowry gave birth to her first child, named Isaac, in 2010 at the age of 18. However, the relationship with her child’s father, Jo Rivera, couldn’t stand the test of time. Whilst raising their child, dealing with stress and arguments, they struggled to stay together as they fought daily life as young adults.

In season four of the show, we see Kailyn Lowry fall in love with Javi Marroquin and the duo tied the knot in 2013. The couple welcomed their first child together, Lincoln Marshall, two months after. Tragically, the couple shared the news with fans, they had suffered a miscarriage at 25 weeks. They had called their unborn daughter Nevaeh Rae and paid tribute to her following the devastating loss. They later filed for divorce two years later.

In 2017, Kailyn Lowry welcomed her third child, Lux Russel Lowry, with friend Chris Lopez, and welcoming her fourth, Creed Romello in 2020.

In November 2022, it was alleged she was pregnant with her fifth child with her new beau Elijah Scott. However, the MTV star has neither confirmed nor denied she is or was expecting a fifth baby and has not responded to the rumors on social media.

With an estimated net worth of around $1million, Kailyn, alongside the other Teen Mom stars, allegedly receive a $300k paycheck per season.
