After more than a year since the season 3 finale, fans are starting to question whether HGTV has cancelled Flip or Flop Vegas.

There is something quite fascinating with the reality shows that buy, redo and sell houses for vast profits and not many shows do it better than Flip or Flop.

The franchise now has seven different spin-off shows including the Nevada-based branch, Flip or Flop Vegas.

It’s now been over one year since season 3 of Flip or Flop Vegas premiered and we still have no idea about when the fourth season will return, sparking speculation that the show has been cancelled by HGTV.

Has Flip or Flop Vegas been cancelled?

  • No, at the time of writing, Flip or Flop Vegas has not been cancelled by HGTV.

However, a fourth season of the hit reality show is yet to be officially confirmed by HGTV, which has led to a lot of speculation from fans.

This lack of information is most likely because of the global coronavirus pandemic with the real estate industry in Nevada still being affected by the ramifications of lockdown. As with many of these reality television shows, their return will most likely depend on the public health crisis and when it is safe to restart production.

Although, the decision on restarting production on the fourth season will ultimately come down to HGTV. Whilst Flip or Flop Vegas is not one of the networks biggest shows, it certainly performs well-enough to merit a renewal.

When will season 4 release?

  • If Flip or Flop Vegas is renewed for a fourth season, we could see it premiere in early-2021.

If a fourth season is officially confirmed within the next few months, we could see Aubrey and Bristol Marunde return as soon as spring-2021.

However, with no official confirmation that the series will be picked up again and the ongoing pandemic still causing significant delays to the industry in general, we think a more realistic expectation would be the summer of 2021.

Although to be fair, everything could change with one formal decision from HGTV. Production on season 4 could theoretically start next week if the series gets picked up – which it may have done already behind closed doors.

We will update this page with more information as soon as new information on Flip or Flop Vegas is confirmed, so keep checking back in.
