Who is Chelsea Day on Street Outlaws Memphis? Instagram explored!

One of the female street racers of Street Outlaws: Memphis, Chelsea Maggie Day has been seen more often in the show’s most recent season.

Due to her husband’s back injury, viewers have gotten to know the cast member a lot more, and are eager to find out about her background.

Who is Chelsea Day?

A Capricorn, born in 1994, Chelsea turned 27 on January 12th. Mother to two young children, her son, Kamden turned 6 this year whilst her daughter, Novaleigh turns 5 at the end of the year.

Married to fellow street racer, Joshua ‘doughboy’ Day, the pair married on 20th September 2015, as confirmed in Josh’s Instagram post where he revealed his tattoo of his wife’s name, with their wedding anniversary date.

As well as sharing two children together, Chelsea and Josh also have a dog named Bane who joined the family in 2017.

Chelsea’s career in street racing

Taking after her family as seen in Street Outlaws: Memphis, Chelsea was born into the world of racing. Before beginning to race herself, Chelsea helped her sister, Precious Cooper when prepping for races.

Known on the track as ‘Chelarilla’, Chelsea now races with her bright turquoise car, TomKat having won many races so far in her career.

Although it is unclear when Chelsea first began racing, she has always had a passion for cars as she often posts photos of cars she’s driven or owned on her Instagram dating back to 2013 where she was pictured at the races.

Chelsea’s Instagram explored

As well as having a passion for cars and racing, Chelsea has also posted photos of her large tattoos including her forearm tattoos of clocks representing the dates and time of births of her two children.

A family woman, Chelsea’s main Instagram focus appears to be on her children, Kamden and Novaleigh, and husband, Josh.

The pair, who will be celebrating their sixth wedding anniversary this year, can often be seen taking their kids out on day trips.

Aside from racing and family, Chelsea is a keen sports fan, showing her support for the Cleveland Cavaliers basketball team on her feed.
