Anna is a Life Coach

Following the abrupt departure of Nadia Essex, who exited the last series midway through, the Celebs Go Dating chiefs had to find a new dating expert.

And it looks like there’s no one better for the job of Celebrity matchmaker as Anna is seriously qualified.

The 37-year-old is a qualified counsellor and trained NLP (Nero-Linguistic Programming) practitioner.

She’s No Stranger to TV

Anna regularly appears as a psychology expert on This Morning, ITV’s Good Morning Britain, Inside Out, and MTV’s Single AF.

And as of February 2019, she will be part of the Celebrity Dating Agency’s dynamic duo.

Anna will have the task of matchmaking for Sam Thompson, David Potts, Georgia Steel, Kerry Katona, Pete Wicks, Chelsee Healey and more.

Anna is an Accomplished Author

In May 2018 Anna brought out her first book ‘Breaking Mum and Dad: The Insider’s Guide to Parenting Anxiety

This was followed by her second book released in March 2018 ‘Breaking Mad: The Insider’s Guide to Conquering Anxiety’.

Literally just received all THREE of my new books and B formats ? * On the left we have the brand new edition of #breakingmumanddad ? – any parent (expecting, new, or long into the game) will find a book full of empathy, honesty, a little humour, and a whole dose of help and advice for anyone struggling with the ‘mental stuff’ that comes with being a parent * In the middle is my NEW book HOW NOT TO LOSE IT: MENTAL HEALTH SORTED ?? – I’ve written this book for young people aged 9-14yrs (but honestly anyone can read it and gain help and understanding). I cover everything from anxiety, feeling down, worry, friendships, bullying, relationships, family, feeling ‘normal’, and everything in between that concerns young people today * And the book on the right is my no1 bestseller #breakingmad ‘The Insiders Guide To Conquering Anxiety’……in German ?? * All available on @amazon @bloomsburypublishing and all book shops #author #mentalhealth #anxietybusting #lifecoach #counsellor #nlpmasterpractitioner @bloomsburypublishing @scholastic_uk #greentree

**The Working Mum** I’m extremely fortunate to thoroughly enjoy my job. I have a varied and fulfilling career. It’s something I really struggled to put on pause when I had Enzo – which both terrified and upset me. I thought I’d be one of those mums who gets lost in the ‘baby haze’ and sticks two fingers up to work. But instead I realised early on how important BOTH jobs were and are to me. I’ve worked hard for my career, it’s not always roses I can assure (not by any means!) but I also utterly adore my other job – the MOST important one – being this little chaps Mummy ☺️ It’s never easy being apart from him, he’s my absolute world and I’m fiercely proud and protective of him. And as I lay here tonight, in my bed in ‘Celebs-land’, a little photo landed in my email inbox from his nursery carer….this photo. Today he’s been making valentines biscuits and cards for ‘mummy’ ? – my heart has melted with complete love. To all the fellow working parents/carers out there, we do it for them huh…and you totally rock ? #momentofreflection #myboy #bestboyever
