ITV series Save Money: Lose Weight will make its return for 2019 from Tuesday, March 19th.

Host Sian Williams and Dr Ranj Singh will put a range of health trends under the microscope, hoping to separate the good from the bad and the myths from science.

How to watch Save Money: Lose Health 2019

Save Money: Lose Health – also known as Save Money: Good Health – launches on Tuesday, March 19th.

It airs on ITV from 8 pm – 9 pm.

There are six scheduled episodes in total, meaning series 2 will continue every Tuesday night until April 23rd.

Presenters Sian Williams and Dr Ranj Singh have been running the show since series 1.

You’ll recognise Sian from her time on the BBC, where she presented the BBC Breakfast show from 2001-2013.

The doctor has dipped into television gigs as well as journalism and writing roles, famous for his position as the resident doctor on ITV This Morning.
