The Celebrity Call centre is coming back!

Eight new celebs are taking calls in partnership with Age UK over the Christmas period.

Whether they’re handing out tips on how to cook the perfect Christmas dinner or comforting those who are lonely at this time of year, the celebrities are on hand as Agony Aunts for the public.

So, who’s going to be in the Christmas special cast?

The Call Centre will open its phone lines tonight – Wednesday, December 19th.

It airs on Channel 4 at 10 pm.

The Celebrity Call Centre Christmas Special is back to make the public aware The Age UK advice line is open 365 days a year.

Celebrity Call Centre Christmas Special Cast

From Sir Alan Sugar’s assistant to your Gogglebox favourites, Channel 4 has gone all out to staff a hilarious call centre this festive season.

Taking calls from the great British public this time around will be the following eight celebrities:

Debbie McGee

Debbie rose to fame as a magician’s assistant and is now a radio presenter for BBC Radio Berkshire.

She was a finalist on Strictly Come Dancing 2017 and is a member of the 2018 Loose Women panel.

Steph and Dom Parker

Goggleboxers Steph and Dom are going to be the public’s agony aunts this Christmas.

When they’re not watching TV, the pair run their own successful B&B in Sandwich, Kent.

They have two children together and have been married for 20 years!

Amanda Barrie

Coronation Street’s Amanda came sixth on 2018’s Celebrity Big Brother.

Amanda has had a long career as an actress, appearing in Benidorm, Holby City, Bad Girls and Doctors. She also appeared in The Real Marigold Hotel in 2o17.

Sunetra Sarker

This Christmas 45-year-old actress Sunetra will be working in the Celebrity Call Centre.

She’s best known for starring as Kaneez Paracha in Channel 4’s Ackley Bridge as well as appearing in Broadchurch, Doctor Who and as a contestant in Strictly Come Dancing series 12.

Nick Hewer

Nick is probably most recognised for being Sir Allan Sugar’s assistant from 2005-2014 on BBC’s The Apprentice.

He now presents Channel 4’s Countdown alongside Rachel Riley and Susie Dent.

James Acaster

James is set to bring a level of humour to the show as a stand-up comedian.

The 33-year-old started out in stand up in 2008, appeared on Mock the Week and 8 out of 10 cats in 2014, and now has his own Netflix show, Repertoire.

Gemma Cairney

Best known for being a BBC Radio One DJ, Gemma used to be a fashion-stylist to the stars.

She’s also worked as a TV presenter on BBC’s Glastonbury festival coverage and is an ambassador for Oxfam.
