Celebrity Coach Trip 2019 cast: Alexandra Cane, Vicky Pattison and EastEnders star!

The 2019 season of Celebrity Coach Trip is about to take off with the ever-charismatic Brendan Sheerin and his bus full of celebs gearing up for a tour across Italy.

The Channel 4 and E4 series has been a long-standing favourite in the UK, spanning back as far as 2005. The celebrity spin-off is more of a recent addition although fans of the show have enjoyed watching E4 picking up bigger and better celebrity stars each year.

Series 5 features more former Love Island contestants – literally, they’re everywhere – as well as some TV personalities that you’re unlikely to have seen in reality TV action before.

Meet the Celebrity Coach Trip 2019 cast

Looking to follow in the footsteps of last year’s winners Mutya Buena and Lisa Maffia we have another pair of singers in Cleopatra and Yonah Higgins.

The pair formed iconic 90s pop group Cleopatra, who had a smash-hit in Cleopatra’s Theme, which reached as high as number three in the UK charts.

Love Island duo Georgia Steel and Alexandra Cane, who both appeared in 2018’s season 3, will team up together. We’re not sure how genuine their friendship is, which could be interesting to watch.

Representing Made in Chelsea is the hilarious Francis Boulle and he will be joined by gal-pal comedian Sarah Keyworth.

Queen of the Jungle and Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison is joined by Scott Thomas, who is another former Love Island star (2016) and one of the three famous Thomas brothers that includes former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas.

The last time a Thomas family member was on TV came during the final Big Brother series on Channel 5, where Ryan was embroiled in what became known as ‘punchgate‘ following false abuse allegations from housemate Roxanne Pallett.

The cast also includes radio presenter Kate Lawler, viral video sensation Arron Crascall, former EastEnders actor Harry Reid (one of the many Ben Mitchell actors) and ex-The Apprentice candidate and Five Star Hotel personality James Hill.

Where are they heading?

The gang will tour through Southern Italy, starting their journey in Pisa before touring through the likes of Albenga and San Remo.

Celebs will work in their friendship pairs, with each pair given the ability to vote for their least favourite couple at the end of each day.

The pair that gets the most votes will receive a yellow card; two yellow cards will see them get a red card and leave the bus to make way for a different celeb duo. This means that more surprise celebrities are expected to crash the party, including TOWIE’s James ‘Diags’ Bennewith.
