Who is Clara Amfo?
Clara Amfo is a BBC Radio 1 presenter.
She hosts the mid-morning show, which she took over from Fearne Cotton in 2015.
The two are still friends, though, so no hard feelings!
How Old is Clara Amfo?
Clara was born on May 22nd, 1984.
This makes her 34 years old and a Gemini.

Clara Amfo: Ethnicity
Clara was born and raised in Kingston, London, where she was the only girl in a house of four boys.
Her father, a microbiologist, emigrated to England from Ghana in the 1970’s to make a life for himself. He passed away in 2015.
Clara Amfo: Salary
The 34-year-old attended St. Mary’s University College in Twickenham and graduated with a degree in media arts and creative writing.
Her first job following graduation was as a radio presenter with Nickelodeon. In 2013, she joined BBC Radio 1Xtra as the host of the weekend breakfast before working her way up to a prime time slot.
When BBC announced the salaries of their staff in 2017, Clara’s yearly salary was missing from the report. This only fuelled the fire when it came to the gender pay gap row.
While leading BBC radio presenter Nick Grimshaw was said to be on between £350,000 and £399,999 a year, Clara is thought to be earning a lot less.
