Dani Dyer has confirmed that she will star in a brand new reality TV series that focuses on the life of her family.
The daughter of Eastenders actor Danny Dyer won Love Island 2018 alongside boyfriend Jack Fincham and has since become a national treasure with over three million fans on Instagram.
Now, in an exclusive interview on the Capital Breakfast Show, Dani has revealed that her next big TV series is in the pipeline.
Here is everything you need to know about the Dani Dyer TV show!
When Will the Dani Dyer Series Air?
Dani has confirmed that filming has started and that the series will air in 2019.
Speaking to Ross Kemp on the Capital Breakfast Show, Dani said:
Yeah, we’ve just sort of started. It’s exciting. It is hard work though, it’s sort of back to all that again ain’t it? I’m like ‘oh no Dan, here we go again’.
What Channel is it On?
Dani confirmed that the new fly-on-the-wall series will be on ITVBe.
In an interview with The Metro, Dani said:
I wanted to set the record straight on this one. Jack and me are filming something for ITVBe at the moment, while we are being followed around by cameras.
Who are the Cast?
Previously, it was thought that the series would focus on Dani Dyer’s entire family, in a sort of Kardashian spoof.
However, Dani has since denied those claims.
In an interview with The Metro, she said:
My family aren’t involved, so there ain’t no big Kardashian type show coming up with the Dyers, sorry to disappoint. Don’t think my dad’s ready for that yet!
In this case, the only gauranteed cast members are Dani Dyer and boyfriend Jack Fincham.
It’s been impossible to separate Dani and her boyf since they met on Love Island, and the pair now live together in London.
Who Would We Like to See on the Series?
Joanne is Danny Dyer’s wife and mother to all three of his kids; Dani, Sunnie, Arty.
The pair were childhood sweethearts and have been together for over 26 years, although only recently tieing the knot in 2016.
Danny and Jo split up when daughter Dani was just three years old, where Danny went on to have a secret six-week relationship with Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding, according to reports from The Sun.
Jo and Danny eventually patched things up, however, and went on to have Sunnie and Arty.
Speaking about Jo, Danny told The Sun:
She’s the engine room that runs this family.
The Kids and Bruv
We would love to see kids Sunnie, 11, and Arty, 5, to feature in the series.
Danny Dyer is constantly pictured mucking around with his children on Instagram, taking them to West Ham games and trips abroad.
Surely there can be one episode when the entire family gets together!
Fans of the Dani Dyer family are also desperate to see her nan and grandad involved in the series.
Dani’s grandad, who she calls ‘Bruv’, was welcomed into Love Island as he replaced dad Danny during the ‘meet the parents’ episode’.
He was a huge hit with fans, full of playful banter and cockney spirit.
