Meet Hannah and Dan
Hannah and Dan looked like a dreamy couple from the off.
Twenty-four-year-old Hannah admitted that she had been single for three years, explaining that she rarely made it past the third date stage.
A cosplay enthusiast, Hannah loves nothing more than dressing up as Batman’s Poison Ivy.
Fortunately, the only man in the restaurant who could match her nerdiness was Dan.
A professional Lego designer by trade and Star Wars buff by nature.

Hannah opened up about a difficult childhood where she was bullied school.
She confessed that she was picked on for her ginger hair and the shape of her nose.
The bullying lead to a decline in Hannah’s grades, where she ended up skipping a lot of classes in sixth form.
Eventually, she didn’t get the needed grades to go to university like intended. Now working as a waitress, it was something she deeply regretted.
Fortunately, thoughtful Dan offered nothing but wise words of support, telling his date to “ignore anyone who judges her”.
The pair continued to click over their encyclopedic knowledge of console games, listing off everything from Mario to Tomb Raider.
Someone put these two on a couch with a PlayStation…

A Poisoned Finish
Although the date went magically and both Hannah and Dan confessed their admiration to each other in separate pieces to camera, Hannah had her doubts.
Teary-eyed, she doubted herself…
Fortunately, however, when it came to the final piece to camera, Dan jumped straight in to reassure Hannah that he would love to see her again.
The perfect ending to a perfect date was topped off with the Poison Ivy reveal.
