Dancing on Ice 2019 is here and Holly Willoughby and Philip Schofield are set to host the brand new series 11 of the show!
Love Island’s Wes Nelson, The Pussycat Dolls’ Melody Thornton, Westlife’s Brian McFadden, Didi Conn from Grease and TOWIE’s finest – Gemma Collins are some of the contestants ready to skate it out for the top spot.
Gemma has become something of a national treasure since first appearing on the reality TV show The Only Way is Essex.
Here’s how Gemma’s worked off the weight in preparation for Dancing on Ice!
- How OLD is Back in Time for School presenter Sara Cox? Kids, pets and more!
- Is Luther on all week? What time is it on BBC One TONIGHT?
- The Cruise – Shanghai to Sydney: 5 things you didn’t know about Captain Dino!
It’s no secret that Miss Collins’s weight is something that she’s struggled with.
Any TOWIE viewers will be all too familiar with Gem’s dieting and attempts to live a healthy lifestyle.
However, the GC does know that any man would be lucky to have her and made that very fact known to James ‘Arg’ Argent on an episode of TOWIE when she told him: “You ain’t never gonna get this candy.”
From Gemma’s social media it looks like for a good year now she’s been eating really healthily.
Salads, asparagus, broccoli, spinach – you name it, Gemma’s on the diet train.
She’s gone as far as opting for healthy sweet treats such as chopped banana sprinkled with cinnamon.
A solid year of discipline and hard work looks to be paying off for Gemma.
Gemma’s Exercise Routine
As well as eating clean, Essex’s favourite diva has been hitting up the gym.
Getting the tunes on, lifting weights and enlisting the help of a personal trainer has all contributed to Gemma’s new slimmer physique.
Whether the weight loss is a lifestyle choice, for Dancing on Ice or even in preparation to begin a family with a certain Mr Argent…we don’t know, but one thing’s for sure – the GC’s looking incredible.
WATCH DANCING ON ICE FROM SUNDAY, JANUARY 6TH AT 6 PM ON ITV.
