I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! is back for its eighteenth season!
The season 18 contestants include Eastenders’s Rita Simmons, Fleur East, Nick Knowles and Anne from The Chase.
Not forgetting absolute heartthrob and lead singer and guitarist of The Vamps, James McVey.
James has made it through the first elimination round on the show.
So, how many tattoos does he have? And what are they of?
James looks to have collected a fair amount of ink over his 24 years.
From nature-inspired arm tatts to a full-blown drawing of Atlas, here are seven of James’s tattoos.
James had this impressive artwork done on his arm on the Las Vegas Boulevard.
In true pop star fashion, he went to Dr Woo’s studio in LA ‘Hideaway @ Suite X’ to have this reminder of strength and positivity etched.
James seems pretty particular about who he gets to do his tatts.
This guitar design was created by Hungarian tattoo artist Balazs Bercsenyi.
Balazs is a pretty celebrated tattooist, at 20 years old he joined the world-renowned Bang Bang tattoo crew in New York – they’ve tattooed the likes of Rihanna and Justin Beiber!
This ‘Night and Day’ piece is symbolic of The Vamps’s album with the same name.
James worked with LA tattoo artist Romeo Lacoste to get this one done.

Same to You, All Night, Cheap Wine, Higher and I Love Loving You will always hold a special place in my heart. You incredible people got our double album to number 1 and 2. That shit’s crazy. Thank you. You’ll be on my skin forever. Lucky enough to work with @romeolacoste on this ink. 🤙🏼🙌🏼
Expression Through Ink
Back in his hometown of Poole, Dorset James had some symbolic work done.
This time it was some equality ink done by tattooist Christafari Dodd at the Black Pearl in Parkstone.
Symbols of Positivity
The guitarist also has these fingers crossed on his left upper arm – a symbol of hope as James has captioned.
James obviously prefers the organic and symbolic tatts over cosmetic symmetrical pieces.
Back to Nature
London’s Zaya Hastra – formerly Gabby Colledge – completed this last simplistic tattoo on James’s inner arm.
This time he went for nature-inspired stag horns.
