The final of Strictly Come Dancing 2018 is on the horizon.
An initial 15 contestants waltzed onto the dance floor in the first round yet only one of them will be crowned the winner.

Lauren Has Two Adorable Dogs
First things first let’s just address the fact that Lauren has two of the cutest German Shepherd dogs ever.

Lauren is a Sports Superstar
One thing everyone probably already knows about Lauren is that she’s an extremely talented Paralympian.
In 2009 she represented Great Britain at the IPC Swimming World Championships and took the gold medal.
The 25-year-old also took home a silver medal in 2016 in the women’s Paratriathlon.
Lauren also has two bronze medals from the 2009 and 2011 IPC European Swimming Championships.

Does Lauren Have Siblings?
Yes. Lauren has one 22-year-old sister called Ellen.
Ellen Steadman is a self-employed hair stylist.

Lauren is an Overachiever
As if Lauren hadn’t done enough by winning bronze, silver and gold medals, she’s also got two degrees!
Lauren studied Psychology at Portsmouth University and went back to complete a Master’s degree in Business and Management.
And of course, she finished with a distinction.

If there’s one thing that’s apparent from Lauren’s social media, it’s that she loves a treat.
It looks like she certainly has her fair share of healthy meals including protein porridge and eggs benedict, but Lauren clearly has a hobby in baking.
