Love Island 2019: Niall Aslam could return as the ultimate contestant!

If you’ve got a famous mum, a famous dad, a famous brother or a famous half-cousin, then you’ve probably been linked to the cast of Love Island 2019.

For those with more than 10,000 Instagram followers, the tabloid newspapers have had fun picking and choosing who they could see in the latest Love Island villa.

However, one person that hasn’t been mentioned is former contestant Niall Aslam. If the 23-year-old was to return then surely he would be a huge hit with fans.

Who is Niall Aslam? Why do people want him to return?

Niall was an original contestant in last year’s series 4, although he only lasted nine days.

However, this wasn’t because he was voted out.

Niall decided to walk away from the series, later revealing that the pressure of the TV show wasn’t good for his mental health, as he suffered from Asperger syndrome.

At the time of Niall’s decision to leave, he was paired up with Georgia Steel and was an early favourite to win the show thanks to his natural humour and boundless energy.

Long live the rainbow fish!

Could Niall be on Love Island 2019?

There’s no reason Niall couldn’t be on Love Island 2019, with zero rules about former contestants returning.

In fact, Megan Barton Hanson was also rumoured to be re-entering the villa.

Due to Niall’s lesser-known status on the ITV show, he would prove the perfect contestants for both new and returning fans.

Interestingly, Niall hasn’t posted on Instagram since April, and it’s likely that those heading into the villa will be unable to post on Instagram as filming begins at the end of May.

Niall isn’t thought to have a girlfriend and providing he feels mentally fit enough, we could see the 23-year-old as the perfect series 5 cast member.
