Filming for Made in Chelsea season 17 should soon be underway!
The long-running E4 reality soap is expected to return in mid-March but could face a serious shake-up when it comes to its cast.
Season 16 averaged close to 1 million viewers per episode, making it the third most successful season in its eight-year history.
However, with Ryan Libbey and Lousie Thompson, Ollie Locke and Gareth, and Ollie Proudlock and Emma Connolly all announcing their engagements, a younger batch of MIC stars need to be bled into the franchise sooner or later.

Made in Chelsea Season 17: Cast!
Return of the OG’s:
Made in Chelsea wouldn’t be the same without Jamie Laing and his close collection of friends. We fully expect Jamie to be in season 17 alongside girlfriend Heloise Agostinelli, who he is still dating.
Pals Ollie Proudlock, Francis Boulle and Alex Mytton should all be involved, although they appear to be taking more of a backseat nowadays.
The same applies to Louise Thompson and Ryan Libbey, who seem to have more ‘adult concerns’ then the gossip that surrounds SW3.
You know, getting married and all that!
- Meet Heloise Agostinelli’s BROTHER and the rest of her family!
- Every must-watch UK reality TV show of 2019 – Love Island, TOWIE, Bachelor UK!
- The Undateables new series 2019: AIR DATE, cast and more!
Sam Thompson has earnt himself a reputation as the leading star over the past few series and he, plus whoever he dates, will surely get plenty of camera time.
Perhaps someone Sam dates from Celebs Go Dating, which airs just before the season 17 release, will feature on the show.
It happened before with a girl called Emilia!
Sophie Habboo, Emily Blackwell, Melissa Tattam and Eliza Batten appear to be the girl gang to take the series forward over 2019.
We’re sure Harry Baron will always be around to pierce his beak into their business and we’re even more sure that Miles Nazaire will be there to stir up some sexual chemistry.
We could see a potential shock cast member with a first-ever Love Island-MIC crossover.
Tristan Phipps, who featured in season 16, is currently dating Love Island 2018 star Laura Crane.
Considering this is the time filming for season 17 will take place, perhaps she will pop up alongside Trist.
Charlie Brake, also of Love Island, has been spotted on dates with Sophie Habbo.
Perhaps Charlie and Laura will be in season 17!
WATCH MADE IN CHELSEA SEASON 17 FROM MARCH/APRIL ON E4.
