Married at First Sight 2019 Cast – Jonathan and Steph

Channel 4 said that over 7,000 people applied for season 4, and a bolstered selection of applicants will now walk down the aisle in the TV series.

Jonathan, 39, and Steph, 28, will be one of the first couples to put their super-new relationships under the spotlight.

Despite more than a 10-year age gap, both appear on the show ready for long term commitment and desperate to find that special spark.

Married at First Sight UK 2019: Steph and Jonathan

Steph is a nurse from Somerset while Jonathan is down the road in the county hub, Bristol, working as a property manager.

According to his profile, 6ft 2 J-man is a fitness enthusiast who never stops and is the perfect match for outgoing and ambitious Steph, who is half-way through her masters, owns a house and even two cats.

Jack and Verity

Jack, 25, and Verity, 28, are outgoing and sociable Londoners with the world at their feet.

But can they step forward as a married couple in perfect harmony?

Jack said:

I’ve had a bit of a nightmare with dating over the past few years, and I’m really wanting to be married and settle down and find someone who wants the same things as me. So putting it in someone else’s hands was the next option.

Verity is an office manager and Jack an IT guy.

According to their profiles, they have very different upbringings when it comes to family, with Jack extremely close to his mum, and Verity much more distant since her parents separated.

Her dealbreakers are misogynistic, homophobic personality types… so let’s hope Jack’s yearly football breaks with his mates aren’t like something out of a 1980’s hooligan movie.
