Channel 4‘s new show Extreme Chocolate Makers has viewers gripped as the show’s cast take on increasingly difficult chocolate based challenges.

The show’s cast is made up of chocolatiers, all bonded by their love of the sweet stuff.

Laura Miller on Extreme Chocolate Makers

Laura Miller

Laura Miller made a big impression on viewers with her incredible 3D sculpted cake designs.

When she’s not on the show, Laura runs a bakery called Sugar Spice, where she makes a range of impressive bespoke cakes, including her amazing tattoed mermaid.

Ivan and Harika

When they aren’t appearing on Extreme Chocolate Makers, Swiss couple Ivan and Harika run Le Jeune Chocolatiers in Covent Garden.

Opening in 2013, the pair create bespoke made to order treats, including chocolates, pralines and truffles.

Paul Gregory

Paul is one of the most experienced creators on the show, having worked in Michelin star restaurants for over twenty years.

Nowadays he has his own business creating incredible chocolate designs, even making a bespoke box of chocolates for the Queen’s 80th birthday!

Sarah Hardy

When it comes to Sarah’s chocolate designs she certainly knows how to make something stand out!

Running her own shop called The Edible Museum, Sarah’s creations aren’t for the faint of heart, including hyper-realistic brains, fingers and bugs!

Mark Tilling

If you thought that Mark looked a tad familiar you were right, he was actually the winner of BBC2’s Bake Off: The Professionals in 2016!

When he’s not working on his telly ventures, Mark works as a chocolatier and pastry chef and even teaches his skills at cookery schools around the country.

Evelyn Day

Hailing from Brighton, Evelyn describes herself as a ‘chocolate artist’ and cites modern architecture as her inspiration for her choccy sculptures.

When she’s not appearing on Channel 4, she runs a confectionary shop called Chocadyllic where she creates most of her incredible designs.

Emma and Mark Baravelli

When they aren’t on TV, the Baravelli’s run an artisan chocolate shop in North Wales where they are known for creating a £1500 easter egg!

And it seems like the married couple does pretty well for themselves, with the pair’s creations now being stocked in luxury retailer Fortnum and Mason’s.

Ruth Hinks

As well as appearing of Extreme Chocolate Makers, Ruth has also shown off her skills on NatGeo’s Chocolate Covered and BBC‘s The River.

On top of her telly career, she runs a chocolate business called CocoaBlack and her websites include the Royal Family among her fans!

Nicky Grant

Aside from her life as a TV chef on Extreme Chocolate Makers, Nicky Grant works as a chocolatier and cake designer in Cornwall.

On top of this, she also runs classes and workshops at her shop, Nicky Grant Cakes and Chocolates.

Aggy Dadan

Although currently appearing on Channel 4’s Extreme Chocolate Makers, Aggy is somewhat of a baking celebrity and has even baked a cake for Jason Momoa!

Her incredible life-size designs include a full-size R2D2 and even a sculpture of First Dates Fred!
