Launching all the way back in 2017, Christmas Cookie Challenge is back for a fourth season in 2020. The show sees talented cookie makers do their best to impress the judges and take home $10,000.
From Santa Claus to Christmas presents, gingerbread men to nutcracker dolls, watching the Christmas Cookie Challenge is a great way to get immersed in the festive season.
Christmas Cookie Challenge 2020
Monday, November 9th 2020 saw Christmas Cookie Challenge return on Food Network.
The show, which was filmed in New Orleans, airs each Monday at 9 PM central time. However, season 4 was cut short due to Coronavirus in 2020. The season is six episodes long this year instead of its usual eight according to Variety.
A statement from Sonic Dog, the producers of the show, read: “At episode 6, unfortunately, an employee tested positive; after contact tracing, the producers decided to wrap production.“

Who are the Christmas Cookie Challenge season 4 contestants?
Each episode sees five contestants go head to head in the Christmas Cookie Challenge. After battling it out, only one of them can be the winner each week.

Who are the show’s judges?
Presenting Christmas Cookie Challenge in 2020 is chef and former NFL player Eddie Jackson. Eddie knows better than anyone how it feels to compete against other chefs in the kitchen. He took part in Fox’s MasterChef in 2013 and won Food Network Star season 11 in 2015.
This year’s judges include pastry chef and baking instructor Gesine Prado, chef Jason Smith, Ree Drummond, author and Food Network host Aarti Sequeira, baker Dan Langan and foodie and author Molly Yeh.
Judge Ree Drummond is also a chef who many will recognise from her Food Network show – The Pioneer Woman.
