Mark is big on adventure, travel and running, with an Instagram account full of pictures of him conquering various feats across the world.
Before entering the show, Mark told Channel 4:
I signed up because I wanted to challenge myself. It was also a distraction and a way to project negative energy into something positive that was going to help me move forward and grow as a person.
SAS: Who Dares Wins Vicki – Recruit 17
Recruit 17 is 40-year-old Vicki Anstey.
She is a fitness instructor from London and owner of Barre Studio, a boutique barre and ballet studio in Richmond, South East London.
Vicki launched the studio in 2010 after leaving her career in advertising. During her personal and professional fitness journey, she lost five stone – and basically turned into a beast!
Speaking to Channel 4, Vicki explained that she became incredibly motivated to push herself after entering a divorce eight months ago.

He snowboards, cycles, climbs, swims, surfboards and completes countless triathlons. For an underdog, he’s in pretty good nick!
Milo told Channel 4 of his experience:
It was the best and worst two weeks of my life. I have been physically challenged and mentally challenged before, but bringing the two together has been a totally different ball game, let alone the other factors such as the freezing climate, limited food, water and sleep.
SAS: Who Dares Wins Louise – Recruit 21
Lousie goes by the full name of Lousie Gabbittas.
She is 29 years old and from St Ives in Cornwall, where she works as a midwife at Royal Cornwall Hospital.
Lousie was the recruit who stepped up to box a member of the opposite sex during the boxing competition.
In an exclusive interview with realitytitbit, Louise explained why she picked the larger and heavier Nathaniel.
There was only Saranya left (out of the women) and, to be honest, I felt like I could have beaten her. The show is about challenging yourself and I thought I would rather fight someone bigger and stronger. I knew I had a poor chance of winning.
But I learnt more about myself in that situation. So many of the male recruits were saying how they wouldn’t punch a woman before the boxing match, so I wanted to put someone in that situation. It’s their problem, not mine, and I wanted to help highlight the equality that the show is about.
SAS: Who Dares Wins Rick – Recruit 18
Recruit 18 is Rick Stevens.
He is a 33-year-old barrister from Manchester.
Rick is one of few recruits in season 4 that is married with a child.
And for those who love a good tale of romance, Rick met his wife and mother of his two-year-old son on the last day of secondary school!
