It was the best and worst two weeks of my life. I have been physically challenged and mentally challenged before, but bringing the two together has been a totally different ball game, let alone the other factors such as the freezing climate, limited food, water and sleep.

In an exclusive interview with realitytitbit, Louise explained why she picked the larger and heavier Nathaniel.
There was only Saranya left (out of the women) and, to be honest, I felt like I could have beaten her. The show is about challenging yourself and I thought I would rather fight someone bigger and stronger. I knew I had a poor chance of winning.

But I learnt more about myself in that situation. So many of the male recruits were saying how they wouldn’t punch a woman before the boxing match, so I wanted to put someone in that situation. It’s their problem, not mine, and I wanted to help highlight the equality that the show is about.
