Meet the final three Great British Sewing Bee finalists on Instagram - Juliet, Riccardo, Leah

The final of the 2019 Great British Sewing Bee competition will air on BBC Two tonight (Tuesday, April 2nd) at 9 pm.

Originally, there were 10 contestants vying for the 2019 crown, although those numbers were whittled down to just three following seven weeks of stitch and sew action.

Here’s everything you need to know about the final three – Juliet, Riccardo and Leah!

Riccardo Guido

Riccardo is a 37-year-old from East London although originally from Italy.

He’s a graphic designer by trade and was inspired into the world of sewing by his mother.

Something of a recycle king, Riccardo’s proudest piece is a bomber jacket that he made from the leather of a sofa that he found on the street – now that’s a thrift!
