Episode two of The Real Housewives of Cheshire took us on a real-life journey through the process of facial botox.
For those interested in faces that have been pinched, squeezed and tucked at every skin fold, the cast of ITVbe Cheshire Housewives has plenty to offer.
Here’s Lauren Simon on her painful journey to a botox-fresh face.
Spending That Paper
Thought to be worth around £7 million, Lauren wanted to spend some of her hard-earned pennies on giving herself a more youthful look.
And no, that doesn’t mean splashing out on the more pricey Vitamin E Simple Moisturiser next time she is down Boots.
Lauren said: “After everything I’ve been through, lately, I’ve decided to have a brand-new start with a brand-new face.”
The doctor on-hand explained Lauren’s ‘Silhouette Soft’ procedure, saying that it “lifts the skin” and is “non-surgical”.
Which, to these girls, basically means that it’s natural.
The Big Needle
For anyone who isn’t a fan of big needles, you may want to look away now.
Lauren hoped into treatment room four at the Re-enhance Medical Facility, having a series of white squiggles doodled across her face.
Nice of her to keep her full makeup on… glamorous.
The injections came in one-by-one, starting around the temple and moving down along the cheekbone.
The final step saw some catty-looking whiskers poking out of Lauren’s face.
You have to say, it looked a little sore.
The price of beauty, eh…
Of course, after a procedure like that, you need a friend to jump in and tell you how amazing it all looks.
Yeah, wow, so amazing…
