James Lock and Pete Wicks looked fit for the 19th century in episode two of The Only Way is Essex.
While the majority of best friends feel awkward when wearing identical outfits, ‘Lockie’ and ‘Pete The Pirate’ were in their element when wearing matching newsboy caps.
If only someone told them that they looked like sh*t Peaky Blinder imitators…

Chilling out at the Light Tree Bistro for a quick bite and long gossip, here’s Lockie sporting a rather puffy newsboy hat.
WARNING: The material may have forced his head into shrinking down to the size of a peanut.
Lockie needs a new hat for his new small heeeeeeed. #Towie

You may have thought that best pal Pete would have told his buddy that he didn’t exactly look like a Birmingham gangster.
And that his hat looked really stupid.
Instead, Pete joined Lockie, sporting this equally ballooned piece of headgear.
What is it with hats this episode? #towie

Seemingly, the pair were waiting around the cafe waiting for some sort of gang war to kick off.
All that really happened was some bitching of their female partners.
The Only Way is Essex thug life…
How the Cast of Peaky Blinders Look
It wasn’t just the boys who had caught the fashion bug, however, with Pete’s partner Shelby Tribble wearing the same sort of sh*t.
At least she’s actually called Shelby, mind.
Lauren Pope had no excuse – and neither did the old guy in the background!
